2016. It's been quite a year. Filled with many memories and firsts. Looking back, I wanted to share my most favorite memories as we are about to start a brand new year.

1: Joshua Tree. This is one of my most favorite places to explore. Not only is the drive to get there an adventure, but the views are amazing and the sunsets are the best! This year was the first time I'd been, and I was lucky enough to go again.

2. Coffee and Photo Shoots. 2016 brought many coffee dates and fun times walking around LA shooting photos for the blog. I hope 2017 is filled with many more days like this one here!

3: Maui. 2016 brought me to Hawaii for the first time with some amazing friends. I'll never forget everything I saw or all the adventures we went on. Especially the Haleakala sunrise, such a beautiful sight.

4: Simply Stylist // Sessions at The Grove. This year I made sure to take time and further my education and knowledge. I loved meeting other women who also share similar passions and interests.

5: HOME. I was lucky enough to go home not once, but twice this year! It was so nice to spend time with my family and my best friends.

6: New Career. 2016 gave me my dream job opportunity. I've always loved fashion and now I get to work behind the scenes. My favorite part is working photo shoots!

7: Sequoia. To continue the National Park trend, I zipped out of LA with a friend for the day and drove up to the Sequoias. So many beautiful sights, and a peaceful and relaxing ride through the forest.

8: Rooftops. This year I made sure to sneak in some time on some rooftops here in Los Angeles. Some of my favorite photos were shot up on this rooftop this past summer.

9: Snow. To round out 2016, I spent a week back home. The best part, there was snow! I haven't seen snow in 3 years, so it was especially magical.

Happy New Year & Cheers to 2017!
