Joshua Tree -- Part I

image.jpg

Happy Monday! Between work, going to a blogging/networking class, and a trip out of town, it has been a non-stop weekend! Not that I'm complaining because I just got back from a day trip out to Joshua Tree. (A national park here in Southern California for those of you not familiar) I had been dying to get over there and visit ever since I found out it existed just a few years ago. I'm surprised it took me that long to make a trip over there. It takes anywhere from two and a half to three hours from LA, and wow, what an amazing place with the MOST spectacular views, especially that sunset. I definitely can not wait to get back over there to explore more areas of the park and hopefully to camp out next time as well. It's always nice to get out of the city even if its only for a few hours. Check out more of this look below!

I'm wearing a few pieces I had hanging around my closet. A silky snake skin cover up over a high neck tank top, with a pair of blue jeans and black booties.
