Je voudrais cela manteau // I want this coat
Je voudrais (zhe voo-dre) cela (se-la) manteau (mahn-toh).
Just practicing my French and lusting over coats. I know it's already March and I live in LA, but I just can't get enough outerwear. I had an obsession with coats when I lived in New Hampshire and its carrying over into my California wardrobe, however, the fabrics are a lot lighter! I just picked up this Joe's Jeans Jean jacket at Marshalls. Super cute, medium weight and goes with just about everything, a dress, A skirt or even black or colored denim.
The only coat I packed in my car when I trekked across the United States to California was my favorite green jacket from BB Dakota. It got me through some chilly weather (50s-60s) BRRR!!
After I started working at Bloomingdales, I fell in love with this Sam Edelman coat and the price (I miss those discounts!!). Black wool blend twill with black fleece and faux leather panels. Super chic and city like. Too warm for my first winter here, but just right for when I went home that January. This past month I've worn it more than ever out here for those chilly February nights we experienced.
This fall I walked into Nordstrom and fell in love with this faux leather jacket. It has just enough edge and sexy to dress up or dress down an outfit and can be worn day or night.
This vest from Madewell was also a staple in my wardrobe during fall and reminds me of home! Perfect for a cozy day and dressed with lots of layers.
This green jacket is light and perfect for layering. It is one of my go-to's for weather that's under 80 degrees! A great jacket to throw on when you're out doing errands.
That wraps up my favorite jackets from my closet! Enjoy!! xx
